Deliver technology solutions that address client needs and drive business productivityBuild and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and supportTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate problem diagnosisCollaborate with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutionsProvide production support while maintaining security and operational standardsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomesDocument and communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and team members

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Creative thinking and initiative to deliver solutions through continuous improvementAbility to identify problems and communicate strategic solutions to clientsWorking knowledge of incident management, technical problem resolution, and operations systemsProficiency in one or more of the following: Microsoft Office, VPN, Virtual Machines, Remote Connectivity products, SecurityStrong desire to learn and develop professionallyEffective collaboration skills to achieve common goals with team members and clientsGood knowledge of Windows and MAC OS with ability to perform root cause analysisStrong analytical and problem resolution skills
