Technology Field Support Intern
**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy **Technology Field Support Summer Intern** to join our team for the summer. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience assisting in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and infrastructure. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and eager to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
+ Assist with the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, upgrades, and equipment inspections.
+ Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
+ Document support activities, including issue resolution steps and best practices.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of user requests and incidents.
+ Assist with inventory management and tracking of IT assets.
+ Participate in deployment projects, such as equipment rollouts, migrations, and office relocations.
+ **Education Requirements:**
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
+ Currently pursuing a degree in a related major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.
+ **Related Work Experience:** Familiarity with working in a corporate environment **Functional Skills:**
+ Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
+ Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
+ Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
+ Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, is a plus.
+ Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
**Monthly Salary** :
Undergraduate: $4,506
