Technology Support Technician I to provide enterprise-level customer service. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. Responsibilities include monitoring and resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support for Health Care IT systems, achieving 80% or higher first contact resolution, and quality assurance scores of 90% or higher. To be qualified for this role, you should hold an associates degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix or similar certification is a plus. A+ certification required or within 6 months of hire.
