Principal is looking for a strategic, tech-savvy recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this role, you’ll collaborate with technology and engineering leaders across the organization, driving talent acquisition strategies that attract and hire the best minds in technology and beyond! **What You’ll Do:** + **Strategic Partner:** Work closely with hiring managers to understand evolving business and technical needs, aligning talent strategies with innovation goals. + **Tech Talent Expert:** Source and engage a diverse pipeline of world-class developers, engineers, architects, and data specialists across a variety of fields. + **Full-Cycle Recruitment:** Own the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates in a driven tech landscape. + **Candidate Experience Advocate:** Craft a flawless and engaging candidate experience that reflects Principal’s culture and core values. + **Market Intelligence & Innovation:** Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in technical hiring to drive continuous improvement. **What You Bring:** + Consultative approach with the ability to influence technology leaders at all levels. + A passion for building rapport and crafting outstanding experiences for candidates. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to advise hiring decisions. + A deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends to successfully communicate with top talent. **Who You Are** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience required; 1+ years’ recruiting technology talent (software engineer, data engineers) + Strong preference with experience in the staffing industry/previous staffing firm recruiting, or corporate recruiting experience is helpful + Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence at all levels + Demonstrated dedication to understanding business needs and achieving the company's talent acquisition objectives + Attention to detail and ability to operate with a sense of urgency and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment + Technically savvy and adaptable to change + Previous experience with recruiting platforms; Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Modern Hire preferred **Salary Range Information** Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $77350 - $147600 / year **Time Off Program** Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. **Pension Eligible** Yes **Additional Information** **Work Environments** This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC).
