Technology Trainer (Independence Title - Texas-based Remote)

Independence Title in Austin, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a dynamic Technology Trainer – Real Estate Specialist, with expertise in real estate technologies and digital marketing. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. 

Job Description (brief):

This position is Texas-based remote only. Must be open to conducting trainings in Austin and San Antonio areas. Conduct personalized one-on-one and in-person training sessions, focusing on agents’ individual business goals and technological proficiency. Utilize and deliver training materials developed by Independence Title to ensure consistent, high-quality education across all technology platforms. Perform assessments to align training with agents’ business objectives and technological inclinations, crafting customized training plans to enhance their marketing strategies. Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in real estate technology, including AI, CRM’s, and video services, updating and improving training programs. Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule and tailor training sessions, ensuring optimal support and growth for real estate agents.

Qualifications:

High School diploma, or equivalent, is required. A minimum of three years of work experience in Learning & Development specifically tailored to adults is required, with proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating effective training programs that speak to learning styles and needs of adult learners. Experience in the real estate sector or a related field is highly beneficial.  Strong familiarity with the technology platforms and digital marketing tools relevant to the real estate industry is a must. Includes, but not limited to, Google Business, Google Local Service Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), CRM systems (Lofty, KvCore, Follow Up Boss, CINC), and emerging technologies such as AI and video services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Competence in assessing training needs, monitoring training effectiveness, and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve training programs.
