As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an TechOps Student.
Main Responsibilities:
Operation management:
Analyze malfunctions to produce Root Cause Analysis documents and manage the process of proper resolution and future mitigation. Management of scheduled changes and maintenance. Collaborate with various internal departments to assure quality work. Define and improve work processes to improve the quality and SLA while keeping systems stable.
Project Management:
Infrastructure project management. Measure project performance and resource allocation. Managing KPIs and goals for the Network, System, and DBA teams. Develop diagrams and presentations for management.
Procurement:
Vendor management. Data Center operations management. Contract control. Leading procurements for the Infrastructure group.
Requirements:
This is a student position, requiring availability of 3 working days per week. Studying for a bachelor’s in information systems, with 1.5 years left until graduation. Matrix management skills High organizational skills Ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization. Ability to face complex requirements and break them down into manageable units. A strong sense of professional responsibility . Delivery-oriented. Working in a Production environment – strong advantage. Experience in IT data analysis – strong advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
