We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **RESPONSABILIDADES:** 1)Apoyar el desarrollo de manuales de operación y mantenimiento de instrumentos de medición de acuerdo con procedimientos técnicos. 2)Registrar y apoyar el procesamiento de datos de los instrumentos y de los procesos de acuerdo con requerimientos y metodología estadística. 3)Manejar y operar los equipos de medición, ensayos, calibración y de las aplicaciones de software asociadas a los mismos, validando y verificando actividades de calibración y ajustes en los sistemas de acuerdo con procedimientos técnicos y normativa. 4)Desarrollo de Inspección dimensional de componentes mediante el uso de métodos manuales 5)Identificar causa raíz de anomalías y realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos e instrumentos de medición de acuerdo con procedimientos técnicos 6)Desarrollar los métodos para calibración interna de los equipos de inspección medición y pruebas 7)Aplicar conocimientos técnicos para identificar y resolver los problemas que surjan en el curso de su trabajo 8)Elaborar certificados de calibración acorde con registros técnicos de normas de calidad. 9)Inspección de recibo de material y apoyo en acciones en caso de rechazo. 10)Elaboración de informes técnicos o de reportes dimensionales en tiempo y forma 11)Revisar los resultados de las calibraciones internas y externas de los equipos calibrados para asegurar el cumplimiento con los requisitos mínimos del sistema de calidad y requerimientos específicos de los clientes. 12)Contratar y supervisar a proveedores externos para la calibración de los equipos cuando el laboratorio interno no tenga la capacidad disponible. 13)Actuar como soporte técnico ante el cliente durante problemas de calidad 14)Envío de reportes mensuales de status de calibraciones 15)Supervisión de personal a su cargo (si aplica) 16)Entrenar, desarrollar, evaluar y motivar al personal a su cargo (si aplica) 17)Participación activa en proyectos de solución de problemas Requisitos del puesto **:** Carrera Trunca, Técnica o equivalente 3 años de experiencia en puesto similar y/o 3 años como programador operador. Técnicas de medición y calibración normativa y legislación local e internacional sobre metrología. Idioma inglés intermedio. Conocimiento ASME 14.5 (GD&T), ISO/IEC 17025, IATF 16949, Estudios dimensionales (MSA), Control Estadístico del Proceso (SPC) Interpretación de planos, Vocabulario Internacional de Metrología (VIM), Programación avanzada y operación de equipos de medición por coordenadas.
