OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Mantener los moldes de producción en óptimas condiciones operando de forma eficiente la maquinaria básica convencional y equipos del taller de moldes. Cumplir con el plan de mantenimientos de moldes requeridos por el departamento de producción.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

1. Realizar limpieza externa de moldes con máquina Sand Blast.

2. Realizar limpieza interna de moldes con máquina Dry Ice.

3. Ejecutar el mantenimiento básico preventivo y correctivo de moldes (Colocación de tornillos, tuberías, engrasado y limpieza).

4. Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo total de la maquinaria y equipo del taller de moldes.

5. Trasladar moldes para reparación con montacargas

No es una lista definitiva de todas las responsabilidades del puesto. Puede ejecutar otras funciones que se le asignen de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa

REQUISITOS MINIMOS DEL PUESTO

EDUCACION
Preparatoria o carrera técnica.

EXPERIENCIA
1 año de experiencia en manufactura (tinas o spa’s) preferente

CONOCIMIENTOS

Uso de máquinas Sand Blast y Dry Ice para limpieza de moldes. (Preferente)Uso de herramientas manuales como taladro, esmeril, caladoras, herramientas de banco, etc.Colocación de tornillos, tuberías o engrasado (Preferente).Manejo de montacargas (Preferente).

CERTIFICACIONES, LICENCIAS
Licencia de montacargas (Preferente).

COMPETENCIAS LABORALES
Trabajo en equipo, comunicación, atención al cliente.

REQUISITOS FISICOS Y AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO

Fuerza manual para manipular diferentes partes utilizando distintos niveles de fuerza y esfuerzo físico.Identificar colores (sujeto al área/ actividad de trabajo) y enfocar correctamente los objetos.Movilidad para empujar, jalar, apretar o torcer objetos.Ocasionalmente estará expuesto a humos, vapores, gases o partículas en el aire, los niveles de ruido son moderados y dentro de los niveles permitidos.
