Funciones y Responsabilidades | Roles and responsibilities

Ejecución del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de Sistemas de A/A, refrigeración, revisión de parámetros de operación como; Tensiones de alimentación, consumo de corriente eléctrica por fase o sistema general, según configuración del equipo, cambio de válvulas, bandas, poleas, Rodamientos de distintas características, cambio de filtros de UMAS, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de VAVS, calibración de apertura y cierre de compuertas VAV y VMA.Operación y configuración de parámetros del sistema de A/A mediante software BMS.Monitoreo y revisión de parámetros de operación y restablecimiento de alarmas de Sistemas de gran capacidad como Chillers (enfriados por agua y por aire).Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a sistemas de inyección y extracción de aire, de distintas capacidades.Realizar derivaciones de salidas de aire acondicionado nuevas mediante espiro ductos (Ducto gusano) hasta área de requerimiento, correcciones en derivaciones ya existentes.Cumplir con las políticas, procedimientos y capacitaciones de HSSE.Contar en todo momento con actitud de servicio, respeto y atención al cliente interno y externo.                          Organización dentro de las actividades asignadas, realizar cada una de sus labores con orden y limpieza.Registrar todas y cada una de las operaciones asignadas, en la plataforma de administración de Mantto, bitácoras o formato indicado de Mantenimiento.         Realizar mantenimientos periódicos de acuerdo al programa general y particular de mantenimiento y proporcionar atención a fallas de sistemas HVAC.
