Position: Teen Residential Therapist/Social Worker
Start Date: 1/27/25 Length: 13 weeks Shift: 10a-6p, M-F with the ability to move to an earlier schedule if necessary
Setting: Adolescent Residential Treatment Treatment Programs: Mental Health Substance Use Dual-Diagnosis
General Job Description:
-Provide high-quality and empathic therapy to individuals and groups, addressing the root causes of adolescent client’s substance use and mental health diagnosis. -Facilitate engaging and effective 3-hour clinical groups three times a week, covering topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention, and life skills. -Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care and achieves their recovery goals. -You’ll also work with their families to foster healthy relationships and communication -Manage your caseload with ease -You’ll coordinate care and ensure continuity and consistency of services for your clients and their families -Be part of a supportive and compassionate community that shares your vision and values
