Position Overview:
Trimble is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Implementation Consultant to join our Tekla PowerFab Professional Services team. The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to clients in building out their Tekla PowerFab Database, ensuring successful software implementations, and developing specific solutions to meet client needs. This role requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. Ensuring the overall success of the customer, this role requires coordinating training delivery in a timely manner and follow up with customer post training.
Core Responsibilities:
Contract and Solution Alignment
Communicate and align on contract and solution objectives.
Application Delivery and Overview Training
Deliver overview training specific to configuration and population of the PowerFab Database.
Current State Analysis
Perform current state analysis of business processes and use cases.
Post-Go-Live Optimization
Responsible for successful post-go-live optimization and adoption (hypercare).
Define, build, and execute adoption and rollout plans.
Documentation and Best Practices
Document business, integration, and technical requirements.
Assist with applying best practices, workflows, and use cases aligned with solution delivery.
Project Management
Work across multiple projects and project teams simultaneously to anticipate and manage changes.
Deliver a superior client onboarding experience.
Ensure each client successfully achieves their desired outcomes by collecting necessary information for environment provisioning and making it available, ready to integrate with other systems.
Client Communication and Feedback
Communicate product feedback from customers to product and engineering teams to improve user experience and new product features.
Assist with new product feature testing if needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant technical experience in Tekla PowerFab.
Proven experience as a Business Consultant or similar role in a software company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide oversight on effective training sessions and develop instructional materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
Ability to travel to Trimble locations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge of Trimble software solutions and products other than Tekla PowerFab
About Your Location
Under a flexible work arrangement (hybrid), this resource primarily supports the Construction Sector and works collaboratively across the Support, Development, and Product teams. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
