Job Description The Telco Portfolio Manager for below-the-line telco product engagement translates the hyper-personalization strategy into a relevant product portfolio that will grow customer engagement and lifetime value. This role curates, governs and evolves the portfolio of telco products to engage the segment of one, i.e. designed with purpose — anchored on behavioral signals and aligned to lifecycle journey needs, and drives the timely and seamless product lifecycle process in collaboration with internal business and enabling partners.

Core Role: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of the portfolio of below-the-line telco products used for hyper-personalized customer engagement to drive accretive incremental revenues and customer lifetime value

Contribute to shaping the overall Telco Portfolio strategy and program roadmap - Support the Product Owner in creating the long-term vision to deliver desired customer and business outcomes, ensuring alignment to the organization's strategic objectives.

Lead the end-to-end execution of the Telco Portfolio Strategy. Translate strategy into structured action — ensuring every offer is signal-led, mapped to a journey role, tagged with the appropriate surfacing tier, and aligned with the BTL strategy framework. Maintain tight coordination with Planning, Brand, Channel, and Analytics teams to deliver against execution standards.

Validate and shape incoming BTL briefs for strategic and operational compliance. Create/Review BTL offer briefs to ensure they meet creation filters: clear signal, journey intent, learning design (if applicable), and surfacing logic. Provide feedback or redirect briefs that do not meet behavioral or portfolio-fit criteria.

Manage and maintain the active BTL offer inventory. Own the real-time SKU tracker, tagging offers by signal, journey role, lifecycle status (Test, Live, Retire), and surfacing tier. Monitor the live portfolio for gaps, overlaps, or cannibalization. Ensure offers are retired or updated based on review checkpoints. Track the performance of each SKUs against key metrics (engagement, CLV uplift, incremental revenue, etc) to balance with financial risks. 

Champion innovation opportunities for the portfolio - Plan and drive scoping of requirements for large and complex initiatives; evaluate market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation; understand key business drivers that will support the portfolio objectives

Drive the culture of high performance - Lead the cadence of status reviews, insighting on drivers of performance, identifying and following through on agreed action items to deliver the intended results; Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship for continuous improvement across the portfolio, adopting principles on customer centricity, agile delivery, and data-driven insighting and innovation.
