The Telco Regulatory Compliance team member interacts with external regulatory community and has a good knowledge base of telecommunications regulations globally, market and industry trends. You will manage telecommunications regulatory requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and implement partners, products, and services. This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of telecommunications regulatory context in each of the markets.

Description:

Manages licensing, filing, and reporting requirements for different Official Regulatory bodies and agencies worldwide on collaboration with external legal resources when applicable. Provides direction and information to implement policies, develop company products and ensure company compliance with regulations. Track regulatory reporting calendar and organize supporting internal company documentation. Participate as needed in document production and research related to data request responses. Assist in managing various projects toward meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. Support internal teams to adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment with regulations and license requirements. Initiate and manage the application process in accordance with local regulations. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation to track regulatory requirements, reporting obligations and projects status. Follows telecommunication regulatory trends to assess potential changes to be performed and keeps the organization informed about changes and their potential impact.

Qualifications:

S. Degree in related field is required (Telecommunications or Legal strongly preferred) Telecommunications regulatory experience, including familiarity with engineering plans and projects in essential Superior computer skills, particularly in Excel, with strong data mining and manipulation skills Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and achieve results on a timely basis. Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to show good judgment, consistency, timeliness, and respect in decision-making. English is a must. Any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
