Telco Support Specialist
Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Short Description:  General Office processes, vendor invoice reconciliation, and payment processing.  This is a clerical/admin level role.
Complete Description:  Job Purpose: Opening a large volume of vendor telco invoices, stamping each invoice with the appropriate receipt date, pull existing invoice folders (or creating new ones), run alternate account reports for each invoice from mainframe system, and placing the folders in a central location in ascending date received order.  Re-file folders once invoices are paid by Reconciliation Analysts.
Qualifications: Experience handing a high volume of work that is required to be prioritized based upon due dates and amount billed.  Ability to work in an environment that requires frequent bending and lifting of 20lbs. or less.  Proven ability to work under limited supervision within established guidelines and the ability to meet deadlines is imperative.  Knowledge of basic math, typing, and Microsoft Office products.  
General office processes, vendor invoice reconciliation, and payment processing.- Experience in the telecommunications environment, preferably in the billing or support arena.- A working knowledge of state business and accounting processes, and MS Office software.  - An analytical aptitude and good communication skills.  - Proven ability to work independently within established guidelines.- Ability to meet deadlines is imperative.
It would also be very helpful if this person has experience in Records Management.
