The Telecom Administrator, otherwise known internally as a CPaaS Registrations Administrator, is an operational role within Infobip Platform Operations. This position involves working under the guidance of a mentor and senior team members, performing administrative tasks related to project setup and maintenance accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Infobip senders database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Process and register customer sender requests with MNOs/suppliers, including OTT traffic registration for various platforms.
Provide security and control through content restrictions and template registration.
Order numbers and enable 2-way communication setups.
Ensure compliance with defined processes, cooperate with other departments, and support great customer experiences.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles.
Genuine care for clients; looking to provide the best possible experience at all times.
The ability to convey high-level concepts in a manner that is easily understood by clients.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Outlook is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
