Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Telecommunications Permit Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the permitting process for telecommunications projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of permitting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the permitting process for telecommunications projects.Prepare and submit permit applications to relevant authorities.Track the status of permit applications and ensure timely approvals.Ability to use judgement on when to increase pressure on AHJ's Maintain accurate records of all permit applications, approvals, and related documentation.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.Provide regular updates to project teams on the status of permits.Assist in the development and implementation of permitting strategies to streamline processes.QualificationsYou are passionate about:

SmartSheet experience is a plus.
