The Role:

As the Telecom Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from first contact to closing the sales, to achieve sales for ACWB products and to protect ACWB’s strong position in the RF market and to develop new business for the fiber range of products in the New Zealand market.

Key Responsibilities:

Effective Customer ServiceManage end to end project customer interaction, actioning all queries, quotes and internal communications

Market Share Growth

Identify growth segments and opportunities in the market and position the business to tap into itEnsure end to end sales process and closure deliveryDevelop partnership with the Strategic customers and embed ACWB as a primary supplierCollaborate for market intelligance with teamEnsure ACWB pricing maximises margin and revenue

Internal Stakeholder Management

Communicating effectively across all internal teams including commercial, planning, warehouse and logistics and production (when required)Accurately forecast to better utilise the capacity and service the customers

Project/General Administration & Support

Maintain salesorce progress/summary to ensure timely project pipeline actionsSupport ad-hoc duties as required within the company and other tasks as required from time to time.Preparing tender quote and relevant documentationMaintaining ACWB system knowledge to ensure stock level checks, quotations, checked planned production and production stock linked accurately and efficientlyParticipate in periodic SLOB management
