This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S.

1) Supporting centers and Fiber Sellers on chat rooms to support order fallout, order
issues and overall account questions (ex get updates on ABF order delays and SRN
tickets)
2) Defect tracking and submission for systemsŃ) Support BBCoE order issues and MM teams
• Telecommunications Experience
• IP Broad Band or similar product experience

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400 - $154,300.”
