Responsibilities Include:
Act as a liaison between our internal department and vendors Team collaboration: work closely with on team on projects, training, and troubleshooting requests Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our callers and assist with any escalated requestsWhat's Available:
80 hours bi-weekly, 1.0 FTE
Schedule: Typical hours Monday - Friday days
Location: Onsite - Onalaska, WI Support Services Building
Starting pay of $20.00/hr and up, based on your years of experience, with applicable shift differentials.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalency
Strong customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
