The Teleconsult Psychiatrist supports the mental health needs of patients through consultations, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy. They conduct teleconsults with a fixed monthly income on a WFH set-up.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient consultations and psychiatric evaluations, tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs Monitor and manage patient medication carefully, adjusting dosages and prescriptions Collaborate with program leads and other mental health professionals to discuss and debrief cases, applying insights gained to improve patient outcomes Continuously assess and reassess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and approach as necessary to support patient well-being Ensure that consultations, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy are aligned with MedGrocer’s protocols
