Dudley Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Telehandler Operator on behalf of our client in Dudley. As a Telehandler Operator, you will be responsible for operating telehandlers to move materials, equipment, and supplies. Your role is vital in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials to support various construction activities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Operate telehandlers to lift, move, and place materials as requiredPerform routine maintenance and inspections on telehandlersAssist with loading and unloading materials from delivery trucksWork closely with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate material handling and placementMaintain accurate logs and records of telehandler operations and maintenance 
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telehandler OperatorValid telehandler operator certificationStrong understanding of telehandler operations, maintenance, and safety practicesAbility to read and interpret site plans and material handling instructionsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanshipFlexibility to work in various environmental conditions 
Hours of work:
6am-5pm Monday to Thursday6am-3.45pm Fridays 
Rate of pay:
£11.49 per hour
