The Telehealth Specialist, under the direction of the Telehealth Program Manager, collaborating closely with operations, strategy, and technical partners to support all areas of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center's telehealth program. This individual will provide direct support to patients and providers to ensure successful telehealth care delivery. This individual will also be responsible for development and execution of tasks related to program quality auditing and tracking, continuous performance improvement, and other areas of the telehealth program.

 

Responsibilities Gather, create, edit, and disseminate telehealth information (including telemedicine, remote patient monitoring and other domains of telehealth) and provide resources to stakeholders at all levels (guidance documents, announcements, website and SharePoint)Gather and analyze data from Tableau, Epic and other sources to support strategic decision-making and program evaluationSupport telehealth program workgroups and committees including complex meeting scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, setup, and documentation of meeting minutes.Plan, coordinate, and execute Telehealth projects with minimal oversight. Examples include:Patient and provider workflows, troubleshooting, and supportData analysis and reportingCollaborating with technical or application SMEs to deliver hardware or refine a software processServe as a point of contact representing the telehealth program to other departments (Clinical Operations, IT, MSO, Service Line Management), individuals and outside organizations (UWM, etc.)Serve as a point of contact for questions regarding out of state telehealth practice for clinical staff, track out of state provider licensure, and guide the administrative process for approved providers to obtain professional licensure outside of WATrack and facilitate all new provider onboarding for telemedicine practiceOther duties, as assigned Qualifications

Required:

High School Diploma2 years of experience in an administrative role as requiredOutstanding oral and written communication skillsStrong customer service skills and experience interacting with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to solve complex problems with a collaborative approachAbility to take initiative and use sound judgment in carrying out responsibilitiesExperience in a fast paced, complex healthcare environmentAdvanced skills in the use of the MS Office suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in health administration, business or related fieldPreferred experience in the field of healthcare, nonprofit or academic environment is a plusKnowledge and experience in process improvement efforts and project managementEMR experience (Epic, ORCA), a plus

The hourly pay range for this position is from $31.21 to $46.80 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
