Job Purpose
Proactively contact guests to introduce our resort’s facilities and services through telephone, and promote upcoming events and promotion activities to guests and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide update information to the guests regarding the resort’s facilities.
• Promote rooms and ensure the achievement of daily sales target.
• Promote company’s events and promotion to the guests and invite them to join the activities.

Competencies and Requirements
Language: Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
Experience: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in telemarketing industry
