The Telemarketing Sales Agent is a professional who specializes in prospecting, identifying needs and selling the AIG insurance that best meets the prospect's needs, as well as ensuring the receipt of the policy, its collection and the introduction of the customer into the AIG family.
The sale of new AUTO policies through CC Telemarketing TEAM IN Mexico represented USD 2,308,443 in annual premiums for AIG Mexico in 2023 and this equates to an average annual premium of $150,000 USD per Telemarketing Sales Agent.

The Telemarketing Contact Center from Mexico team works together with Direct Marketing and car subscription to execute the local strategy generating and obtaining leads through digital channels which the Telemarketing must contact, advise and sell Personal Lines policies.
The sales team works with different products such as car Policies, Extended Warranty, A&H.
Each telemarketing sales agent is responsible for the attention and quality of each call made, as well as meeting clear objectives for each campaign to achieve the budgeted sales goal.
The Telemarketing operation is a Monday through Saturday schedule to cover a service window according to the needs of the prospects.
About the position:
AIG's telemarketing from Mexico has achieved a 44% increase in new YTD premium over 2023 and has a portfolio turnover rate 20% higher than the rest of the distribution channels. To achieve these results, AIG has a HC of 13 Telemarketing Sales Agents.
Each Telemarketing Sales Agent achieves an average goal of 47 new auto policies per month, which equates to 564 new policies per year. This equates to an average annual premium of $150,000 USD per Telemarketing Sales Agent.
To achieve these monthly sales, the telemarketing sales representative receives an average of 635 leads and must complete an average of 1,600 outbound dials to contact and make the prospects part of AIG as customers.
