The Telemarketing Contact Center from Mexico team works together with Direct Marketing and car subscription to execute the local strategy generating and obtaining leads through digital channels which the Telemarketing must contact, advise and sell Personal Lines policies.
The sales team works with different products such as car Policies, Extended Warranty, A&H.
The Telemarketing operation is a Monday through Saturday schedule to cover a service window according to the needs of the prospects.
About the position
AIG's Telemarketing from Mexico has achieved a 40% increase in new YTD premium over 2023 and has a portfolio turnover rate 20% higher than the rest of the distribution channels. To achieve these results, AIG has a HC of 13 Telemarketing Sales Agents.
To achieve these annual sales, the telemarketing sales team receives an average of 7,500 leads per month and must complete an average of 20,000 outbound dials to contact and make the prospects part of AIG as customers.
This position is responsible of design different strategies to do more efficiently the operation to increase the profitability of the portfolio sold through this channel.
Activities and skills
+ Develop and update processes and scripts for the AIG Telemarketing operation.
+ Train and monitor that Telemarketing sales agent comply with the established processes and correct use of company tools.
+ Meet the sales objectives and main KPIs of the operation established by the business line.
+ Monitor service levels and sales targets through AIG’s management systems.
+ Develop and prepare reports to keep internal clients informed on the effectiveness of each strategy and achievement of objectives.
+ Reception and attention to complaints by the operation of Telemarketing
+ Monitoring and coaching of Telemarketing sales agent to improve their individual sales performance and as a team.
+ Responsible for systems, users, and everything necessary to keep the unit running during the established working hours.
Experience
+ Experience in oversees telephone sales teams.
+ Management Efficient - Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.
+ Delivery of regulatory reports
+ Preparation of management reports
+ Monitoring and taking ownership for the implementation of sales strategies.
+ Portfolio management, sales, collection, renewal, cancellation
+ Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Word, Outlook.
+ Knowledge of cross-selling, objection handling, creating high impact scenarios for all the prospects.
