+ JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS + Job Summary : + Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Telemetry Monitor Technician performs duties directly on a nursing unit and is responsible for the continuous monitoring, interpretation, communication, and documentation of cardiac rhythm and rhythm components. + Education : + Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Telemetry Monitor Technician performs duties direction on a nursing unit and is responsible for the continuous monitoring, interpretation, communication, and documentation of cardiac rhythm and rhythm components. + Registration/Certification/Licensure : + Basic Cardiac Arrhythmias + Experience : + Position requires 0-6 months related experience. + Other Requirements : + Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
