This position come with a sign-on bonus of $20,000 and is a full-time day position (7am to 7pm). This position comes with amazing benefits and shift differentials.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms with precision, utilizing cutting-edge telemetry equipment.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.Educate patients and families on continued care plans, coordinating with healthcare providers for seamless transition and support.Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, adhering to protocols and standards.Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and documentation to support clinical decision-making.Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, demonstrating critical thinking and crisis management skills.Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in telemetry nursing.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
4. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
5. Ventilator Management experience preferred.
6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
