This role involves assessing patient data, interpreting information to identify individualized care needs, and delivering high-quality nursing care in alignment with established policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate total patient care for assigned patients, ensuring care is tailored to meet age-specific and individual needs. + Demonstrate expertise in assessing patient status and interpreting data to provide appropriate care based on growth and development principles. + Deliver nursing care in accordance with policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices. + Actively support the Mission and Core Values of St. Bernardine Medical Center through compassionate and professional nursing care. + Participate in the hospital’s strategic plan and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and operational excellence.
