Responsibilities

Handle phone calls and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and courteous tone Ensure proper working condition of the telephone switchboard and the hotel computer systems

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related disciplineCourteous, service-oriented with pleasant personalityExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsExcellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
