DescriptionThe Telephone Operator is responsible for answering all incoming calls originating from within and outside the hotel in a friendly and caring manner according to the Kempinski and LQA standards.  \n

Key ResponsibilitiesThe job of Telephone Operator is executed satisfactorily when:\nLQA (Leading Quality Assurance) audit results are 85% and above.\nCSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) results are rated on an average with “5” and above.\nTelephone system is always well maintained.\nTelephone lists are up to date.\n

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nEducation: Hospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management

\n\nExperience: Minimum of one year experience in a customer service oriented position.

\n\nLanguage:  Local language – excellent oral and written skills (as applicable)                    English – good oral and written skills

\n\nCompetencies:   Listening and oral skills
                               Listen attentively and speak clearly \n                               Writing skills  \n\n
