Telephony Business Analyst
Job Description Business Engagement & Requirement Gathering  Build strong relationships across business units, acting as a trusted advisor on telephony capabilities and digital transformation.  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, pain points, and productivity gaps.  Facilitate business discovery sessions to define use cases and gather detailed requirements.  Ensure that requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and aligned with strategic objectives. Requirement Analysis & Documentation  Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive and aligned with business goals.  Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases for telephony solutions.  Work with stakeholders to validate requirements and obtain necessary approvals. Solution Design & Implementation  Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into telephony-based solutions.  Leverage Amazon Connect and automation tools to optimize business workflows and improve operational efficiency.  Assess integration needs with third-party applications and enterprise systems.  Collaborate with security, compliance, and governance teams to ensure solutions meet corporate standards. Stakeholder Communication & Training  Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and development teams.  Present solution concepts, requirements, and business cases to senior leadership.  Develop training programs, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption and effective use of telephony tools.  Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices, governance, and optimization. Continuous Improvement & Innovation  Stay up to date with advancements in telephony technology, new features, and industry trends.  Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to test and validate new technologies and workflows.  Gather user feedback and performance data to refine and enhance digital solutions. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Workplace Solutions, with a focus on telephony technology.  A decent understanding of the Amazon Connect ecosystem and enterprise voice technologies.  Strong ability to engage with business leaders, understand their needs, and translate them into technical requirements.  Experience in business workflow engineering and process automation using tools like Amazon Connect, IVR systems, or similar.  Knowledge of enterprise IT environments, cloud solutions, and system integrations.  Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications such as Amazon Connect Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.  Experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow), automation frameworks, or data-driven decision-making tools.  Background in agile product management and experience with tools like Jira, ADO, or similar.  Familiarity with security, governance, and compliance best practices for telephony environments. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
