Telesales Account Mgr II

The Inside Sales Account manager will be responsible in managing the accounts assigned to him/her under the Book of Business and 1) retain the customer base by renewing their annual subscription aligned with business strategies and to 2) to grow the existing customer portfolio by actively hunting opportunities within the existing customer base and identifying sales opportunities and increasing ICIS value.
We are looking for Inside Sales Account Managers in Manila, Philippines who can demonstrate the ability to take the initiative to support customers and assist them to maximise value in relationships and services to achieve their business goals. We’re looking for a passionate individual who will join a growing team to deliver our vision to shape the world by connecting markets to optimise global resources.
Key Accountabilities:
+ Manage an existing book of business (i.e. in charge of renewing customers with existing contracts)
+ Meet Sales Team Objectives including but not limited to the following:
+ Retention activities through working in advance
+ Generate Upsell opportunities and convert forecasted pipeline to sales
+ Engage with customers to verify user experience and identify pain points
+ Drive conversations based on mutual understanding with customer needs and addressed with value-led proposals
+ Collaborate with cross functional partners to extend positive customer experience
+ Other duties maybe assigned
Skills and Behaviors:
+ At least 2 years of Inside Sales/Account Management experience handling existing customer portfolio preferably within a prominent organization where solution and consultative selling approaches were used
+ Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work independently and as a team
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
+ Experience in a corporate / B2B sales environment preferred
+ Able to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) and influence across global locations and teams, listening and challenging collaboratively
+ Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes
+ Strong time management skills
+ Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire others and our customers.
+ Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
+ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ Experience in handling CRM tool is a plus
+ English essential and additional languages preferred (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese)

+ Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
+ Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month
+ Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
