Telesales Account Mgr II
The Account Manager will be responsible in managing the accounts assigned to him/her for a specific territory or discipline. The Account Manager is in charge maintaining his/her Upsell/Uplift goals, Book of Business and/or retain the customer base by renewing their annual subscription aligned with business strategies. and to potentially grow the existing customer portfolio by actively hunting opportunities within the existing customer base and/or identifying new business opportunities for LNIP. Accountabilities: + Drive effective sales channel performance through the development and execution of call cycle planning and sales campaigns. + Meet telesales team objectives including call rates, conversion rates, campaign deadlines, lead qualification, customer data management and revenue targets. + Drive prospecting and retention initiatives. + Follow up and qualification of new sales leads. + Actively enrich customer database and contact information. + Acquire new customers and deliver new business revenue through actively hunting whitespace and executing strategic sales campaigns. + Effectively identify and develop qualified sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology. + Collaborate with field sales staff on sizeable opportunities, leveraging senior sales team experience to maximize deal potential where applicable. + Generate leads, appointments and product demonstrations for field sales team where required.
