Telesales Account Mgr III

Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies. Responsibilities are within the Account/Relationship Management Function as it relates specifically to telesales. Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline, and broadens capabilities. Fully proficient in theories & processes. Typically follows prescribed guidelines or procedures to resolve problems. Works with a moderate level of guidance. Can train or mentor new colleagues.

Accountabilities:

Meet telesales team objectives including call rates, conversion rates, campaign deadlines, lead qualification, customer data management and revenue targets.Manage an existing book of business (i.e. in charge of renewing customers with existing contracts)Drive prospecting and retention initiatives.Follow up and qualification of new sales leads. Actively enrich customer database and contact information.Acquire new customers and deliver new business revenue through actively hunting whitespace and executing strategic sales campaigns.Effectively identify and develop qualified sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodologyAble to manage / update training program created for the roleTrains new hires on processes and guide them on the training program createdCan be trusted to handle higher book of business, higher Account Service Value (ASV) or more complicated clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred or completed at least 2 years in college without back subjectsMust have at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positionAbove average performance record in account management. Individual awards and recognitions preferred but not required.Excellent communicator (both written and verbal), and strong presentation skillsAble to train and coach colleagues, and has solid stakeholder management experienceStrong analytical, quantitative and deductive reasoning skillsSolid working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
