Job DetailsAre you passionate about driving sales and building customer relationships? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our OTC Direct team! In this role, you will play a key part in achieving our monthly gross profit and KPI targets while promoting our exciting product range.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual and company sales targets through proactive outreach.
Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily with at least 3.5 hours of talk time.
Promote Health & Beauty products to customers and identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with your customer base through daily engagement.
Utilize various ordering methods to increase customer spend and generate additional gross profit.
Collaborate effectively with Area Account Managers and Customer Solutions teams.
Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the industry and negotiate win-win solutions with customers.
Stay informed about the OTC Direct product range and market offerings.
Provide valuable market insights and customer feedback to management.
Efficiently manage incoming orders from multiple sources.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
• GCSE in Maths and English would be preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have the ability to build excellent relationships – both internal and external customers
• Ability to work well under pressure - target driven
• IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
• Good organisational skills
