Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in T24 - Core and Triple A Plus. This role is hybrid with no travel required and day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation on T24Core and Triple A Plus to clients and internal teams.Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and implement product strategies that align with client needs and company goals.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and team members.Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to T24Core and Triple A Plus ensuring timely resolution.Work closely with the development team to ensure product enhancements meet client expectations.Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.Prepare detailed documentation and reports on product performance enhancements and client feedback.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in product development and implementation.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for T24Core and Triple A Plus products.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in T24Core and Triple A Plus.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of products with other systems.Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in T24Core and Triple A Plus.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in product development and implementation methodologies.Have a good understanding of the financial services domain.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
