The Manager of Identity Access Management (IAM) is responsible for addressing risks that may arise during the third-party vendor identity access lifecycle, including digital identity transformation.
A Typical Day Might Look Like This:
This role involves proactively overseeing and actively participating in the Global Development IAM program, including clearing expired credentials and account requests with the internal vendor onboarding team, Global IT support services, and third-party vendor points of contact. Additionally, the IAM manager is tasked with assessing and reporting on compliance with Regeneron IAM requirements. The IAM Manager will also work with team leadership to identify and implement effective and efficient processes, policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, we expect you to have a Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience. Vendor interaction and ID Access management experience is required.
