Job Description

Serve as the primary inside sales interface between Topcon Solution Stores and our customers. Coordinates all aspects of customer service from order placement and acknowledgment through scheduling, shipping, and follow-up. Coordinate’s showroom. Performs shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties.

· Provide service to walk-in customers and answer all incoming calls

· Enter and update customer orders in conjunction with the sales team as received via phone or email while noting special handling requirements

· Perform weekly cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory on-hand

· Coordinate mobile inventory counts with sales reps and support personnel

· Monitor open purchase orders or sales orders to ensure timely shipping

· Update Sales & Rental orders

· Ensure vendor invoices are processed and sent to the accounting department

· Reconcile petty cash and process all checks and cash through the accounting department.

· Coordinate with the service department to ensure customer units are turned around in a timely manner

· Coordinate with other locations to ensure timely and accurate transfer of inventory

· Monitor sales activities, troubleshoot internal and customer issues, and coordinate the collection or delivery of equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience

· HS Diploma

· Office admin skills

· MS Office computer skills

· Customer service

· Sales and marketing skills

· ERP systems

· Desired experience with inventory control, customer service and warehouse operations.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
