Successful candidates will be trained on Chromatographic Principles, like basics HPLC, UPLC, MS and Empower applicationThis role will have a minimum period of 24 months, willing to relocate to BangaloreSuccessful Candidates will work with existing GSS Team based in Bangalore India, to learn of the workflows and waters business systemsThis individual based at Global Software Support Centre (24x7 Customer Support Center) and shall operates on shift basis to support on real time for Waters Global CustomersRequirement immediate Responsibilities Provides technical support on day to day for global service organization, internal customer technical support groups and repair departmentTechnical support includes assistance with operation, troubleshooting, maintenance of Waters products and technologiesTest and evaluate customer instruments as required within the scope of Service SupportMaintains the instruments, software, servers necessary for the day-to-day operationsReplicate the customer reported issues at Waters Labs and establish the root causeReceiving, Logging, Document Customer Calls, interactions and transactions.
