Beacon Hill Legal's client, a global technology company , has an immediate opportunity for a temporary, full-time commercial contracts attorney. This role is remote, but qualified candidates must be admitted to the U.S. Bar and located within the U.S..

This position requires someone flexible to work full-time hours (between 35-40 hours per week) on a contract basis for 2-3 months. Concurrent employment is not allowed while working in this role.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, specifically in professional services and technology contracts.Must be comfortable working remotely and independently.Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and internal teams to provide legal and strategic advice.Expertise in Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Licensing Agreements, Alliance Agreements, and other related commercial contracts.Strong background in intellectual property, privacy, cybersecurity, and information technology issues.Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
