We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Temperature Control Asset Coordinator to support the APAC Temperature Control Manager in managing the temperature control fleet and assets across mine sites, events, and transitional business in the AUSPAC region.

What you’ll do:  

Assist in managing the temperature control fleet including chillers, HVAC units, and related equipment.Oversee inventory and control of temperature control parts to ensure availability and timely replenishment, and develop and implement asset management plans including maintenance schedules, lifecycle management, and asset utalisation optimisation.Lead winterisation programs to prepare the fleet for seasonal conditions.Monitor asset health and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to the APAC TC Manager and other stakeholders.Drive compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in all asset management activities.Lead initiatives to improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance customer experience.

  

You’ll have the following skills and experience: 

Experience in temperature control asset management or related technical field.Knowledge of temperature control equipment, parts management, and maintenance processes within the HVAC industry preferred.Experience with fleet winterisation is desirable.Excellent communication, computer and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams.Ability to work autonomously in a quick fast paced environmentBased in Manila or willing to relocate.

Asset Utilisation/Positioning for Temperature-Controlled UnitsMaintenance and Utalisation of Temperature Control Systems/FleetF-GAS usage and tracking and reportingAssisting with various reports and matrix’s

Location: Office based (BGC) with the potential to become Hybrid
