**Description:** Responsible for applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify system TEMPEST solutions across the system lifecycle including site standup and sustainment\. Evaluates customer/operational needs to coordinate appropriate TEMPEST requirements, conduct analysis of TEMPEST mitigation mechanisms integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility and TEMPEST security of all physical, functional and system interfaces\. Coordinates and addresses TEMPEST impact due to Diminishing Manufacturing Sources\. Develop, evaluate and analyze design constraints, trade\-offs and detailed system and TEMPEST design\. Coordinate with customers, customer representatives, systems architects and developers to provide oversight in the development, rollout, and sustainment of fielded TEMPEST solutions\. Test, evaluate, and verify hardware and/or software systems and implementation plans to determine compliance with defined specifications and requirements\. Implements appropriate TEMPEST activities to support Assessment and Authorization activities as required by customers\. Certified TEMPEST Professional – Level I or II\. **Desired Skills:** Possessing a Certified TEMPEST Professional – Level I or Level II certification is desired\. At least one semester class or equivalent experience in Electromagnetics\. At least one semester class or equivalent experience in Antennas\.
