Responsibilities:
-Greet visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling the plants mail.
-Order, organize, and monitor office and breakroom supplies
-Coordinate catering, venue, and support staffing requirements for internal events or lunches
-Support new hire orientations when needed
-Assist with record keeping
-Other duties as assigned

-Good multi-tasking skills
-Self-starter w/good organizational skill
-Possess discretion and confidentiality
