**Seeking a high-energy professional with experience in and passion for high volume recruiting. The ideal candidate will have an engaging style that is approachable yet confident and composed, exhibiting patience, integrity, and high moral fortitude. A creative thinker with a knack toward problem-solving, high sense of urgency and strong attention to detail for planning, organizing and sourcing will also be critical to success.**
**Candidate will have full oversight of their assigned markets, managing recruitment and outreach efforts, to fill upwards of 5,000 positions on an annual basis. Candidate will have/gain expertise in dedicated markets, understanding the economic, social, legislative climate. This role is directly engaged with their business partners, consulting on recruitment strategies and impact.**
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
● Manage the recruiting campaign through the following: participate in the development of necessary advertising, screen candidates, schedule interviews; conduct interviews.
● Responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of HR procedures in regard to internal management systems, payroll, and other departmental systems, as they are updated throughout the year; know and adhere to departmental policy and established deadlines.
● Counsel and advise temporary employees in all areas of Human Resources issues and address all issues in a timely manner.
● Provide employment support to business partner including internal requisitions, external recruiting, interviewing, evaluating candidates and checking references, as necessary.
● Possess excellent communication and client management skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity in implementing the industry's best practices (sourcing, recruiting, candidate assessment)
● Ensure compliance within the hiring practices to meet all state and federal employment regulations and laws
**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:**
+ Any bachelor's degree.
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills
+ Customer service skills and call center experience
+ Proficient in HRIS Systems and strong technical skills required.
+ Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skills
+ To pass the Versant online assessment
**Working Conditions**
+ Remote Setup (Occasionally reports at the office for required trainings, meetings etc.)
+ Equipment will be provided for this assignment _(Laptop and Headset)._
+ **_Core work hours: 8:00-5:00 local US Time (10:00 pm to 7:00 am Manila Time) Monday through Friday –_** During Temporary Peak season, must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require. This may include extended weekday hours and occasional weekend hours.
+ Office environment – ability to sit for long periods of time is necessary.
