Minimum Qualifications Required Education:High School Graduation or Equivalent Discipline/Degree Area: Required Specialized Training/Certifications: Required Minimum Work Experience: Combination of two years of experience in custodial and/or building and grounds maintenance work in hotels/motels, apartments, or relevant business or institutional settings. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties: Physical capability to perform all the duties and responsibilities of the position. Ability to pass relevant oral, written, and/or performance testing. Ability to maintain currency of technology and tools. Conscientious and self-motivated. High standards for self and others. Collegial and congenial. Works well with others, is a team player. Reliable. Resourceful. Remains calm in stressful situations. Additional Desirable Qualifications Additional Desirable Qualifications: Completion of relevant training. Experience in the building trades, grounds maintenance, and/or landscaping. Demonstrated effective supervisory experience. Demonstrated effective experience dealing with the public.
