Summary

We are seeking a talented Creative Packaging Specialist to develop innovative and visually appealing packaging solutions that enhance brand identity and customer experience. This role involves designing, prototyping, and refining packaging concepts while ensuring functionality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of materials, production processes, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design packaging solutions for new and existing products, aligning with brand guidelines and market trends. • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and production teams to create visually striking and functional packaging. • Develop prototypes and mock-ups for internal review and testing. • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility, quality, and cost efficiency. • Research sustainable and innovative packaging materials to improve environmental impact. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for packaging and labeling. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints. • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor packaging designs, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in packaging design, product development, or a similar role. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D rendering software (SolidWorks, Cinema 4D, etc.). • Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Experience with sustainable packaging design is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience working in [industry: e.g., consumer goods, food & beverage.]. • Familiarity with die lines, structural packaging, and prototyping methods. • Understanding of branding and marketing principles related to packaging.
