Temporary Customer Service Executive (6-month contract)

Responsibilities:
 

Answer inbound calls for general customer service enquiries, offer phone insurance enrolment services and policy retention activities Manage email correspondence & address customer enquiries Maintaining professional and good image to customer on providing business services

Requirements:
 

Diploma holder or above in any discipline IIQE Paper 1 and 2 is preferred Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, Chinese typing skill is preferred PC literate in MS Word, Excel and Access
