**Req Number** 148093 FlexStaff is partnering with a leading higher education institution in the Bronx to identify a skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist for their finance department. This critical role will support the migration of inventory data from a legacy system to a new platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. + Location: Bronx, NY (100% onsite) + Duration: 2-3 months (Temporary Assignment) + Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Pay Rate: Up to $26/hour Responsibilities: + Accurately input inventory data from the existing system into the new system. + Verify data integrity and identify discrepancies. + Maintain detailed records of data entry progress. + Collaborate with finance team members to ensure a smooth transition. + Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Proven experience in data entry. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
