ABOUT THE POSITION Responsible for reviewing, researching and resolving discrepancies in customer data. Responsibilities will also include dealing directly with outside companies/agencies/financial institutions and ensuring that laws, regulations and policies are adhered to. Provide service to customers, operational support to the branches and assist Senior Specialist with coordinating work tasks. Essential Job Functions > ️ Research, report and provide resolution to exceptions in a timely manner according to department policies and procedures. > Respond to all VISA disputes meeting department guidelines. > ️ Review data for proper authorizations and compliance and take action as appropriate. > Provide consistent, outstanding customer service by anticipating and reacting to internal and external customer needs What you will need to thrive in this role: In addition to your work and life experiences, as well as your passion and excitement for the profession, you would benefit from having: Education/Certifications: > Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred > 2 years prior banking experience with expanded knowledge of banking regulations preferred Skills/Knowledge: > Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, and management > Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to utilize active listening techniques to identify customer needs while on the telephone and using other technology simultaneously > Ability to accurately and efficiently complete tasks/projects, handle multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines > Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong computer skills with ability to learn new programs as initiated What we bring to the table: We believe in investing in our employees and helping them grow their career with us.
