Posted Job Title Temporary Facilities Services Assistant B, Penn Dental Medicine Job Profile Title Temporary Employee - Non-Exempt Job Description Summary Support the Facilities department at the School of Dental Medicine with daily operations and ongoing maintenance. Job Description The Penn Dental Medicine’s Facilities Services Assistant primary role is to support in the shipping and receiving of clinic packages, equipment and instruments. The position will serve in ensuring facilities are free of deficiencies through observation, reporting and responding to work requests received by the department. The position requires a current, valid driver’s license. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Support in the shipping and receiving of clinic packages, equipment and instruments; including, pick-up/deliveries of instruments and equipment to community sites via vehicle. Ensure facilities are free of deficiencies through observation, reporting and responding to work requests received by the department. Move laboratory equipment and furniture. Change oxygen and nitrous tanks as needed.
